Located at the heart of the village, with restaurants, bars and cafes close-by, this property is traditional in appearance from the street however contemporary and modern within.
The ground floor is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen & seating area that opens onto a large living space with natural light from the 1st floor skylight above. Full width and height wooden Venetian sliding doors divide this area from the large air-conditioned ground floor master bedroom. The built in cupboards hide steps leading you to the en-suite bathroom with shower and bath.
Open slatted stairs take you to the bright second air-conditioned lounge area. Again full width and height wooden Venetian sliding doors divide this area from the large second bedroom.
At the opposite end of this floor the lounge opens onto a small balcony with built in Braai/BBQ and large plunge pool where you can sit and enjoy the city views. At the front of the property, and across the public pavement, there is a small garden and picnic bench.

I enjoy it being quite low key and quirky and mixing with locals as well as tourists and having a few good eateries, bars and coffee shops nearby with easy walking distance into the city centre and the waterfront and Green Point with short taxi rides to beach areas.
