Cozumel 212 is situated on the beautiful Umdloti beachfront and can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave and kettle. The lounge area is furnished with comfortable couches and a TV. There are sliding doors leading off from the lounge area that opens onto a balcony with stunning views.

The Cozumel complex offers a communal swimming pool and braai area. Two parking bays are provided.

There is also a breakage and disturbance deposit of R1500 per booking which is refundable after your stay as well as a community levy of R10 per night.

Umdloti has very conveniently located magnificent stretches of pristine golden beaches with shark nets, clear water, large safe tidal pool, delightful paved walks beside the sea and outstanding restaurants like Mundo Vida with sea views. Simple open air changing rooms like those seen on European beaches would be an improvement.
