Sea Breeze Villa is a Luxury Villa tucked away within a secure estate, occupying a sought-after position in Wilderness and the Garden Route.
This double-storey beachfront holiday house boasts signature views over the endless blue-flag beach and vast Indian Ocean. Let dolphins and whales entertain you from the comfort of your abode, make use of the sparkling swimming pool on hot summer days (safety net for children), relax with a good book on the sundeck, enjoy a social sunset BBQ/braai or cuddle up in one of two lounges, both with indoor fireplaces.
Accommodation consists of four en-suite bedrooms, all tastefully furnished with special features including heated towel rails and underfloor heating. Three of the rooms have lovely sea views whilst the fourth opens onto a private sundeck with garden views. The master bedroom has a luxurious jacuzzi spa bath with sea views and large walk-in shower.
The stylish open-plan, sea-facing living area offers a lounge with wood-burning fireplace, smart TV with full package DStv, DVD player and surround sound system, an 8-seater dining table as well as a second lounge with wood-burning fireplace, all opening onto a lovely wooden deck with amazing vistas, seating arrangements and swimming pool. Additional sundeck on the other side of the house with table and chairs, garden views. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons and separate scullery with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The house offers complimentary uncapped Wifi as well.
There is a full inverter system for loadshedding.
There is direct access to the beach via the estate’s private boardwalk, approximately 5 minutes walk from your front door.
The village center, with a variety of top restaurants and shops, is a mere 5-minute drive away whilst the 5* Views Boutique Hotel & Spa, with on-site restaurant, gym and wellness center for use is within walking distance.

There are many stairs down to the beach, access via a secure gate within the estate. The estate is very strict on security – anyone entering the estate needs to have a valid South African ID or if internationals, a valid Passport.
Noise Policy: Sea Breeze is situated in a cul-de-sac, part of a gated estate. We kindly request that loud music, parties or any excessive noise be avoided at all times, to preserve the serene and tranquil setting of the estate.
Absolutely NO charging of electrical vehicles is permitted at this property.
PARKING:
There is an automated garage parking for 2 vehicles with additional on-site parking for max 2 more vehicles. Max 4 vehicles are allowed at the property.

Wilderness offers a wide variety of activities for all ages with an abundance of hiking trails, canoe offerings and paragliding available, whilst being surrounded by some of the most pristine beaches our country has to offer. If you love nature and adventure, Wilderness is your playground. For daytrips, you have the option of visiting neighbouring areas including George, Sedgefield, Knysna and Plettenberg. This is definitely a home away from home.
