Dumela Flat 12 is a part of the Dumela Holiday Resort situated in Margate along the glorious Hibiscus Coast, well-known for its friendliness. The resort is proud to be one of the best family resorts on the Natal South Coast, having various facilities on site including a beautiful patio overlooking the golden, shark netted, the north beach of Margate with its warm Indian Ocean waters. The patio has a family swimming pool, toddlers splash pool, thatched dry pub and braai areas.
The flat is located on the first floor, featuring a balcony with scenic views. The main bedroom has 1 double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, toilet and basin. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a second shared bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a dining area with stools for 4 guests. There is a lounge area with additional seating where guests can watch the flat screen TV.
Guests will have plenty of fun with the entertainment facilities on site. In addition to the swimming facilities, there is a sauna, gym, sunbed, small tennis court, a children's playground with trampoline, a game room with a pool table, darts, and table tennis. There are 6 beautiful golf courses within half an hour's drive and many more within an hours drive. Spar supermarket, bottle store and pharmacy within walking distance

Fantastic complex and only 7 units. Lovely sea view. Safe and secure.
Close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Shopping Malls. The Casino is about 35 km from Sea-spray.
Highly recommended.
