Dumela Flat 4 is a self-catering apartment located in a secure complex, situated in Manaba in Margate. Perfect for guests looking for comfortable lodging, close to the beach and a variety of activities.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and the main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and the second room is equipped with 2 sets of bunk beds. The kitchen is well equipped, and contains a fridge and a microwave, an oven with a stove as well as other utensils. The open-plan dining and lounge area has comfortable couches, and a flat-screen TV that has DStv connectivity, so you can bring your own smart card and decoder.
There is a sliding door that leads out onto a patio, with lovely outlook overlooking the play area. The complex also has 2 braai areas and a swimming pool for parents, and a splash pool for the children to make use of, a tennis court, and a games room.
Secure parking is available for one vehicle, and Dumela Flat 4 is a short drive away from an array of activities, such the Wild Coast sun, San Lameer golf course, the famous Oribi Gorge park and world famous big swing at Oribi Gorge, and so much more.

Fantastic complex and only 7 units. Lovely sea view. Safe and secure.
Close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Shopping Malls. The Casino is about 35 km from Sea-spray.
Highly recommended.
