Ground floor flat with a balcony & sea view overlooking the swimming pool. The main bedroom has a double bed & en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 1 x single bunk bed set & 1 single bed. 2nd bathroom. Living area with a single sleeper couch in the lounge and fully equipped kitchen. DSTV (Premium).
The unit can accommodate 4 adults + 2 children = a Total of 6 guests.
There is an aircon in this unit.
If there are bunk beds in the unit only a child up to 12 years are allowed to sleep on the top bunk.

Fantastic complex and only 7 units. Lovely sea view. Safe and secure.
Close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Shopping Malls. The Casino is about 35 km from Sea-spray.
Highly recommended.
