Ground floor flat spacious balcony with lovely outlook overlooking the play area. Main bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has a Tri-Bunk and 1 single bed and 2 bathrooms. Open plan lounge with a fully equipped kitchen. Strictly non-smoking unit. DSTV (Premium).
Unit can accomodate 5 adults + child = 6 guests.
No aircon.
If there are bunk beds in the unit only a child up to 12 years are allowed to sleep on the top bunk.

The views and activities
Fantastic complex and only 7 units. Lovely sea view. Safe and secure.
Close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Shopping Malls. The Casino is about 35 km from Sea-spray.
Highly recommended.

Margate is a small little town with a variety of day and night life. Everything one needs is in walking distance wherever you are in Margate.
