Net Net House is a self-catering holiday home located in Witsand, a quaint village situated at the mouth of the Breede River, in the Western Cape. It is known for having the highest concentration of Southern Right Whales on the South African coast, and offers 4 km of white sandy beaches, magnificent Cape fynbos, and a myriad of water sports.
The house comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds and has a bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet , bath and a washbasin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a TV with Openview HD channels. Guests are welcome to bring along their DStv decoder and smart card. The house has a balcony over looking the river, a large entertainment area and a games room. There are also two braai areas on the deck that overlook the river.
There is ample off-street parking for cars and boats - The house is in a gated complex. and is not suitable for load noisy parties, all male fishing groups or bachelor parties.

The amazing Breede River, wild beaches, calm sand banks and majestic dunes are beautiful. Big sky's and peace and quiet. The Whale capital of SA.
A very unique place to visit.
We were at Barry's Guest house, everything was great, we had lots of fun and enjoyed the stay but the owners was a bit uptight the next morning after the next day , and the attitude AAAAg!
