Villa Aloe is located in Strand and offers quality accommodation to a family or group of friends. It is close to several restaurants, shops and the beach. It is also close to the N2, 50km from the Cape Town, and 30 minutes drive from Cape Town International Airport.
This house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeps 5 and a large cot available upstairs - no matress. The main bedroom has a king size bed and a full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed with a shower basin and toilet en-suite, and the third bedroom has 1 single bed. Please bring your own bathing and swimming towels with. Extra bathroom with bath, basin and toilet in passage.
The kitchen is equipped with a GAS stove top, microwave, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery.
Laundry facility 800m from VILLA ALOE.
The lounge has a comfortable extra large couch and a TV with WiFi during loadshedding!!!! There is also a built-in braai in braairoom with the extra fridge. A sun room as a bonus to relax in and read or play board games. NO music system installed, please bring your own Bluetooth speaker for music/radio. No music allowed after 23:00 or before 10:00 in the morning.
There is also a small swimming pool and Villa Aloe has a modern security system with alarm and electric fence. There is parking space for 3 vehicles on the premises behind the gate, as well as an outdoor braai boma by shade port.
