Welcome to Mahlahla Game Lodge
Mahlahla Game Lodge in South Africa offers you the experience of a lifetime. Surrounded by huge trees and age-old rocks, the game lodge is built out of stone and wooden logs giving it an unique and natural feeling.
In Northern Sotho the word Mahlahla means wild and exciting. This is exactly what we want our guests to experience. Unforgettable days will be filled with exciting encounters with nature. You can be sure to taste, feel and smell the truly wild and exciting heart of the African bush!
Our Game Lodge Accommodation has 11 luxury twin rooms, 1 family suite and 1 honeymoon suite. Rooms are stylishly decorated in true African style.
All Game Lodge accommodation rooms include:

We hava a beautiful open air restaurant where the best African Cuisine can be enjoyed. Dinners are served in the Boma or in the bush where you and fellow guests can reflect on the days happenings around a log fire. We also have a Hlangana (meeting place) next to the bar / restaurant, where pre-dinner drinks can be enjoyed. Lazy afternoons can be spent either around the swimming pool with wooden deck, the pool lounge, the reception lounge or the bush jacuzzi.
Conferences
Mahlahla is located far away from the busy city life and is therefore the ideal setting for smaller conference groups.
Our conference venue can accommodate a total of 40 delegates, and is equipped with a flip chart, VCR and overhead projector.

We can arrange for our guests trips to the famous Kruger National Park at an additional extra as well as arrange a game drive on the Game Reserve's nearby. * Subject to their availability".
Experience the amazing hot air balloon flight over the Makalali Game Reserve. Mahlahla will ensure a safe, delighful and satisfying sail over the Makalali Game Reserve.
Hop onto one of our hot air balloons and treat yourself to some great adventure and this will be one of your great highlights of your visit to Mahlahla. It will give you an amazing perspective to the enviroment with a number sightings of wild animals.

Romantic Jacuzzi Evenings:
Romantic picnics by candlelight can be arranged at our Jacuzzi. Our Jacuzzi is built under a thatch roof in the bush, and hidden away from the lodge. There, couples can enjoy the evening with champagne, fruits and other exotic snacks, without being disturbed.
