This unit is ideally located as it is very close to central Margate as well as to the main beach. Beach access is from a gate at the bottom end of the complex and is approximately 100metres walk to the main beach. 3 bedroom, 2 double beds, 2 single beds
Additional costs not included in the Quote:
As we are a Holiday Rental Agency, a non-refundable Admin Fee of R500 is charged per unit on each and every reservation.
A refundable Breakages Deposit of R500 is charged and will be re-funded into your bank account within 10 days of receiving the breakage deposit form back if there are no losses or breakages.
Basic Cleaning Service R100.00 per day.
Full Cleaning Service R150.00 per day.
No pets allowed.
Strictly No Rental of accommodation to persons under 21 unless accompanied by two adults.
All bookings must be fully paid in advance no less than one (1) week prior to occupation. 50% of the total rental to be paid upon reservation and the balance one week prior to arrival.
In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will only be refunded if another reservation is made by other guests for the same period.
No extra guests allowed over and above the number of beds in the apartment. If extra guests are found in the units, eviction will take place.
No smoking allowed inside units.

Fantastic complex and only 7 units. Lovely sea view. Safe and secure.
Close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Shopping Malls. The Casino is about 35 km from Sea-spray.
Highly recommended.

I won't visit again unless I have my own car to drive to a nearest and decent shopping mal
