Ash & Broc is situated in Meadowridge,a green leafy suburb set in the Constantia Valley in the middle of the Cape Peninsula. It is very central to all the main tourist attractions and the M3 and M5 highways. They are very near to all the excellent shopping centres, restaurants, golf courses, wine estates and beaches in the area.

The Ash & Broc House is a newly renovated three bedroom home. The spacious main bedroom with its bay windows consists of a King Size bed, air conditioner/heater and side tables with bedside lamps. There is a desk and book shelf. The main bedroom has an en-suite designer bathroom featuring twin basin’s cut into Caeserstone, a glass shower, toilet and corner Jacuzzi bath with jets.

The Ash & Broc Cottage is fully self-contained. The bedroom consists of a King Size bed, air conditioner/heater and side tables with bedside lamps. There is generous cupboard & hanging space including a small lockable safe for valuables. The bathroom just off the bedroom consists of a shower, basin with under cupboard
and toilet.

We went for a day visit on the New Year's day on the 1st Jan'2020. Nice and quiet environment. Our concerns were two things that we wish the management can look at , the Pools and the bathrooms.
