1. Should non-compliance to the above clauses occur, Cricklewood Manor reserves the right to release / cancel all the room allocations being held for the said reservation.
2. Cricklewood Manor will not accept any responsibility for errors made in price quoting by a booking agency.
3. Cricklewood Manor will under no circumstances be held liable for any loss or damage to any such property or persons, and the client hereby indemnifies Cricklewood Manor against any loss or damage of such property or persons.
4. A client using an agent must be made aware that they (the client) are responsible for the full pre-payment of the function and not the agent or anyone acting on their behalf.
5. The client will be held responsible for any loss or damage to facilities caused by the client or contractors or agents working on the clients' behalf.
6. Bookings may be guaranteed by providing details of the following recognised Visa Card, Master Card and or Travel Voucher or a cash deposit.
7. All rates are current and are subject to change without prior notification.
8. Subject to our standard Terms & Conditions.
9. CHANGES: Guest numbers may be increased up to 1 day prior to the event, subject to availability. Any decrease in numbers after confirmation will be subject to the cancellation policy below.
10. Errors and Omissions are excepted.

* Payment Terms: 100 % Payment is required on acceptance of quote to secure the booking, either by supplying Credit Card details or by EFT/ payments. The full account is due no later than 8 working days before the event. Any billable extras will be invoiced and are payable prior to departure from Cricklewood Manor.
