Have a barbecue around the pool, drink sun-downers on the terrace or wander down 100 metres to one of the most beautiful surfing beaches in the world. Complete with: AC, high security, fibre, fireplaces, Miele appliances, heated pool & sauna. Llandudno is one of the safest areas in South Africa.

Living Room
Open, light and with an open-plan fireplace, as well as a small library and study. TV-equipment is embedded in the walls to avoid visible cables etc. All technology is connected to and managed from apps.

The Control4 system operates DSTV/music/DVD in the whole house from an app, with built-in speakers inside and outside. Plug points are available everywhere and the whole house is equipped with high quality lighting that are embedded in the roof.

Kitchen & Dining
An open dining area flows into an outdoor terrace, with an outdoor dining area. There is a lot of storage space in the dining area. The kitchen has a double fridge and freezer and all appliances are built in. The bar table is great for an easy breakfast or a glass of wine while cooking. The kitchen has a range of Miele appliances: oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas hob, and a wine fridge.

Bedrooms
Well-equipped with closets, some built-in desks, and shelving that is designed to be space-efficient and stylish at the same time. AC/heating is individually operated in each room. The whole house has wooden floors and double glassing. 6 bedrooms, 5 with double beds and 1 with a single bed, sleeps as many as 11.

Bathrooms
All four bathrooms have underfloor heating and good quality bathroom attire, with plenty of tailor-made storage space.

Double Garage
Can be used for cars or for laundry and storage. It has a lot of built in storage, an extra fridge and wine fridge, and a washing machine and tumble dryer. All security equipment, including monitors, is installed in the garage, along with home automation installations.

Terrace & Outdoors
A large outdoor area with natural shade and a high level of privacy. An outdoor dining area with a braai (Weber barbecue), A playground for kids. The heated pool is perfect for both young and old. An upstairs terrace with an electric pergola.

Security System
State-of-the-art security system with HD cameras connected to both ADT & OMNIVISION (24/7 live surveillance and software for automatic detection of suspicious behaviour), as well as to Llandudno SRA’s fantastic security system, with infrared cameras, and SWAT team etc.

Miscellaneous
Extra water tanks with 4000 litres, and a water conservation system with pump for pool and garden. Backup generator for 24h automatic power supply.

About Llandudno

Llandudno is one of the best areas, not only in Cape Town, but in the whole of Africa. The secure, beautiful beach is used regularly for movies and adverts, and the evening sunsets are perfect for sun-downers.

Llandudno is completely unique in the world. The scenery is breath-taking, the sun is nearly always shining, and the cost of living is very reasonable. Restaurants etc. are amazing and nearly always less than half the price of Europe.

It is only a 20 minute drive to Cape Town CBD and a 5 minute drive to the fishing village of Hout Bay, where you have access to all the shops, fresh fish and meat, restaurants etc. that you might need. A 10-minute drive to Camps Bay also provides many great restaurants and a vibrant nightlife. 15 minutes away you have the world class wine farms in the Constantia Wine Route.

We absolutely loved staying at this Llandudno home. The location and house is unbeatable. The highlight being the beautiful views, and the outside and children’s area. The house is exquisite. The location is prime, the house condition is superb, and the finishes are quality and classic. We were welcomed with chocolate, Kosher Wine and flowers to add to the mix. We were supplied with the fun stuff too: Top quality table tennis table; a Swedish wood fired sauna; heated pool; a Weber barbeque; central air-conditioning; an inverter for blackouts; wine coolers; fully kitted CCTV and alarm system, Miele appliances and a Nespresso machine. The beds are very comfortable, the linen is luxurious.
