Summerseas, Apartments are fully furnished, with appliances modern self-catering apartments with direct access and view of Pollock beach (350metres) in Summerstrand, Gqerberha (former Port Elizabeth).
The portfolio is made up of units on the second floor and grounfloor.
Outside there is either a balcony or patio with a barbeque facility with beautiful views. The upstairs units have views of the ocean.
The complex has a large swimming pool to be enjoyed. Feel at peace knowing the complex is surrounded by an electric fence and protected by security guards 24/7. There is undercover parking available inside the complex reserved for the Apartments, with plenty visitors parking outside the complex.
The Apartment operates on a key-less system, allowing for check in flexibility, privacy and social distancing.
The apartments have Wi-Fi, a land line for receiving phone calls from friends and family, board games for the family get away and reading material for the professional.
Conditions:
50% Balance must be paid directly to the establishment via eft or card link at least 7 days before check in. Balance paid via card attracts a 5% fee on the balance amount
There is an R2 000 damages deposit due payable by EFT or card (plus 5% card payments) directly and refundable within 48hrs of check out.
Rules for the apartment must be strictly adhered to. (See copies in the apartment)
No pets allowed.

Lovely, comfortable apartment in a great location near the beach. Nice sea view from balcony. Good parking and security. Friendly and helpful staff.
Five day powercut in Summerstrand during our stay, no generators for complex which was a bit of a pain as no fridge, wifi etc.
Our apartment was missing the hair-dryer and there didn't appear to be a DSTV box connected to the TV (we weren't here to watch TV though so didn't really bother us).
Overall, a highly recommended place to stay.
Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at the apartment. Perfect location. Apartment very comfortable, and had all amenities and facilities, as advertised. Very clean. Very accommodating host. Will be back when next in P.E..
Comfortable apartment exactly what it looks exactly like in the pictures great for a long stay, I stayed for work. Gate leading to the promenade easy to go for a run or a walk. Wifi worked perfectly. I didn’t expect it but someone came to clean in the morning which was great. Could hear the sound of the ocean. Really enjoyed my stay.
