Welcome to Pear Tree Cottage.
Pear Tree Cottage offers self-catering cottage located on a working dairy farm, situated in the Bushmans Nek Valley. The property is an ideal base from which to explore the scenic Southern Drakensberg countryside.
This cottage comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the second bedroom is equipped with twin beds. These 2 rooms share the bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, a stove, a microwave, a kettle, toaster and the necessary cutlery and crockery to use.
The lounge has sofas to relax on, and a fireplace that warms the living area in the winter months. There is also a portable braai facility, and garden furniture. Guests can go wild rainbow trout fishing in the river. For outdoor enthusiasts; there are many hiking and mountain bikers trails to explore.

Mountain views and the breath of fresh air
It's far enough away from all the hubub to really feel like you're away from it all but also has a lot available to do if you so wish. The scenery is beautiful and the air is fresh!
Hiking, swimming, relaxing.
If you're in to adventure, then Underberg is the place to visit. There's no shortage of trails for running, hiking and mountain biking. It's close to the Drakensberg and Sani Pass.
Breath-taking beautiful! Well stocked convenience store (Elands Rest) and a few nice restaurants to have coffee. Just very cold, even in Nov.
