Aalkies Dream is a comfortable, neat and spacious cottage, with one en-suite bedroom with queen size extra length bed and a spacious openplan living area, offering two extra length single beds, hairdryer, wifi, flat screen tv, aircon, space to work, kitchenette including microwave and induction stove.The cottage is entirely private with dedicated access. The large property offers incredible mountain views with indigenous birds frequenting the garden. A braai lapa is available.The cottage accommodates 5 guests in total. There is one bedroom and features a queen bed and 2 single beds and ons single bed hiding under the bed and there is one full bathroom, and a outside garden shower and extra toilet. The cottage is amongst the mountains so that you can get away from the cities hustle and bustle. You can order breakfast if you prefer.

Swellendam is a gorgeous little town in the Overberg region on the N2 highway, situated at the foot of the Langeberg Mountains. The town has become well known as a paradise for those that love the outdoors. The surrounding mountains feature fynbos-covered foothills, perfect for mountain biking, 4x4, horse riding, and hiking trails, as well as taking to the skies on a glider, for breathtaking scenery of Swellendam.
Plenty of restaurants are available in the town while other outdoor activities include canoeing, fishing, swimming and water skiing at the nearby Breede River and Buffeljachts Dam. Additionally, wonderful sunset cruises are available on the dam.
Guests staying in Swellendam for their accommodation in Overberg furthermore have access to Bontebok National Park, which is all about saving this type of antelope, ideal for any animal lovers visiting the area. In the town, itself is the Drostdy Museum Complex while Sulina's Faerie sanctuary is a superb treat for the entire family.

From the make-up mirror and the crisp bedding in the bedroom to all the treats in the kitchen.

I enjoyed Aan De Eike Guesthouse, My room were clean and the service were excellent.I felt very safe enjoyed every moment since I arrived. Swellendam is beautiful with most beautiful views. The location was very convenient and would recommend The Republican Restaurant. The food and vibe were awesome. It's safe to walk in Swellendam, what a beautiful place for entertainment

Scenery, the residents, the roads are in great condition (compared to many many many other towns/cities in SA).
Wildebraam Estate. Friendly people. No traffic. Has all the shops and places one needs.
