*The cottage can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath
*The second bedroom contains 2 single beds made up as a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The third and fourth bedrooms are separated and located in the courtyard area out the back door of the main house
*The third bedroom is a dormitory-style bedroom which contains 4 single beds, while the fourth bedroom has a double bed. Each of these rooms has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower
*Linen and towels are provided, along with extra blankets and electric blankets. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery
*The dining area has seating space for 10 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a log-burning fireplace. One bundle of firewood is provided complimentary. Additional firewood can be purchased on-site. Bring your own firelighters and charcoal for the braai

We had a wonderful stay at Pin Oak. Our 3 dogs really enjoyed the huge garden. Beautiful mountain views...a real gem!

Pin Oak Cottage was the most wonderful home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, the house was spacious, the view from the veranda was lovely and having the house serviced made it a real holiday. Being allowed to take our dogs with us was an added bonus and the garden was a dog paradise. Underberg provided an excellent base from which to explore the surrounding countryside, which exceeded our expectation - such amazing walks and adventures to be had in the nearby vicinity. Highly recommended.
It is a stunning house with big living spaces. Excellent for families and small groups. It is also ideal for company break aways and the main lounge area is perfect for small conferences and training.

Mountain views and the breath of fresh air
It's far enough away from all the hubub to really feel like you're away from it all but also has a lot available to do if you so wish. The scenery is beautiful and the air is fresh!
Hiking, swimming, relaxing.
If you're in to adventure, then Underberg is the place to visit. There's no shortage of trails for running, hiking and mountain biking. It's close to the Drakensberg and Sani Pass.
Breath-taking beautiful! Well stocked convenience store (Elands Rest) and a few nice restaurants to have coffee. Just very cold, even in Nov.

For us its all about the hiking in the mountains.
