Whilst the unit is great, there were two concerns I had:
1) The sheets and the small towel in the main bedroom (the first on the left from the lounge area), had holes in them. I reported them on Monday 21st in morning but to my surprise, they were still not replaced by the evening.
2) The kitchen sink is leaking and the leak must have caused some rot because there is a foul smell as you enter the kitchen door, right were the sink is.
As aforementioned, the unit is nice and suited us perfectly. But for the amount charged and as a 4 star rated accommodation, attention to detail is very key.
What is extremely dissapointing for me is that the staff must have seen that the sheets and the towels have holes in them but that notwithstanding, they still went ahead and laid them. This makes me wonder if they had hoped the guest won't see them, or is there a "don't care attitude".
The same goes for the leaking sink. Surely the staff would know that the sink is leaking because they wash the dishes every morning. Again, is it a don't care attitude?.
This is really unfair on the guests that are paying with their hard earned monies and have to encounter this issues at a 4 star rated accommodation.
I hope this will assist in being pro-active and pay attention to detail.
