Tenikwa Wildlife Lodge offers guests spacious, intimate and elegant accommodation near Plettenberg Bay in Lodge Rooms and/or Family Suites, on a dinner, bed & breakfast basis, or as a package with accommodation, meals and selected Tenikwa activities. Tenikwa Lodge is the original homestead of the founders of Tenikwa. It is decorated with the memories of Tenikwa animals and original African artwork and collectibles. Four spacious and elegant rooms have views of the dam, forest, inner courtyard or landscaped gardens. Guests can relax in one of two lounges, the lovely shaded outdoor veranda or in the gardens surrounding the lodge. Dinner is served in the lodge dining room, el-fresco on the veranda in balmy weather, or in the boma.
We offer king or queen size beds in spacious custom-decorated rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in all rooms.
For an intimate, elegant nature experience, enjoy our hosted dinner, bed and breakfast experience in the Tenikwa Lodge.
Our cosy Family Suites are ideal for a relaxed, country-style experience or a family nature getaway. We have 5 Family Suites. Unit 5 sleeps 3 persons with an adjoining door to the next unit making it ideal for families. All units have en-suite bathrooms with shower facilities. The family suites are furnished to three star standards and each include a tv and coffee and tea making facility with your own enclosed patio. The units have a view over the garden and dam, and in close proximity to the boma and viewing deck.
Suites are available on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis. Dinner is prepared and served in the boma area, and you are welcome to join us for breakfast at Chesters Coffee Shop at Tenikwa reception.
