Beach Villa 1 is a large villa in a stunning location overlooking the length of Camps Bay’s long palm-fringed beach and also enjoys glorious views of the majestic Twelve Apostle mountain range towering over the bay.
Beach Villa 1 is a two level villa that consists of 6 bedrooms. Five of the bedrooms are located within the main house and there is a separate en-suite 6th bedroom semi-attached to the villa.
The villa has an open plan dining and living room that leads out onto the sea facing pool deck that has a shared pedestrian gate leading down to Victoria Road which is less than a minute’s walk away from Camps Bay beachfront.

ELECTRICITY:
South Africa has been experiencing periods of load-shedding (http://loadshedding.eskom.co.za/LoadShedding/Description). This means that electricity goes off for periods of 2.5 hours at a time. We often do not know in advance when this will happen. However, there is an app you can download in order to ensure you know what times it will take place. Please see following the link to the app; https://apps.apple.com/za/app/eskomsepush/id968648379

Please note this is entirely outside of our control and is a national issue. As such we are unable to compensate for any inconvenience experienced as a result. Rates for houses without alternative power sources have already been adjusted accordingly. Houses with generators/inverter systems will be clearly listed on our website.

As a standard, rechargeable lights and torches will be provided for your comfort.
