Tucked away on a quiet street in the heart of Camps Bay, La Casita is a beautiful four bedroom retreat that offers spectacular views of the mountain and the sea. The Villa is ideal for families or groups who want to explore all that the Mother City has to offer. The house is flooded with natural light in the afternoons, and you can spend your days relaxing by the pool or dining on the terrace. This is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

La Casita is split over two levels with almost every room on the ground level opening out onto the terrace and pool. As you enter the property you will find the dining room, open plan kitchen and the living room. The lounge area offers comfortable seating, a gas fireplace and Full HD Smart TV. The dining room seats up to 10 guests and the open plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need including a Nespresso machine.

Further down the passage you will find the bedrooms, all of which have been beautifully designed and will ensure a relaxing stay for the whole group. On the top level of the house is the loft room, which has been converted into a fourth bedroom with twin beds.

Outside you will find a dining table seating up to eight guests, outdoor couches, as well as sun loungers.

La Casita also offers Fibre internet, garage parking for 3 cars, security and housekeeping.

Enjoy its close proximity to Cape Town’s best beaches, Camps Bay and Clifton, as well as numerous restaurants, bars and boutiques.

ELECTRICITY:
South Africa has been experiencing periods of load-shedding (http://loadshedding.eskom.co.za/LoadShedding/Description). This means that electricity goes off for periods of 2.5 hours at a time. We often do not know in advance when this will happen. However, there is an app you can download in order to ensure you know what times it will take place.
