Marula View Bush Cottage is a free standing unit, and offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a tastefully furnished, 2-bedroom home in Marloth Park Conservancy. The house is conveniently located 300 m from Crocodile River and a lookout point. The location is ideal for guests wishing to visit the Kruger National Park, as Marloth Park is 20 km from the Crocodile Bridge entrance gate.

The house can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom contains a QUEEN SIZED bed and the second bedroom contains a DOUBLE bed. Both bedrooms have mosquito nets, air-conditioning, insect screens and security bars. There is 1 bathroom with a shower-over-the-bath, a toilet and a basin. The second bathroom has a toilet, basin and shower.
The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a double hot plate and mini-oven, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, an electric toaster, and cutlery, crockery and glassware. Bath towels, bedding and swimming towels are provided for guests. The living area has 2 comfortable couches and a coffee table, and leads through sliding doors out to a covered patio and a splash pool. There is no Wi-Fi, radio or TV in the cottage, ideal for guests to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature
Dine under the covered patio outside or out under the stars in the boma area. There is a built-in braai on the patio which overlooks the bushveld. Guests have access to ample parking for 2 vehicles. Bring your bicycles, cameras, swimming costumes, binoculars and hiking boots; there is nothing better than either cycling or walking along the fence, while watching the elephants having fun in the river.
Game drives into the Kruger National Park can be arranged and your hosts can provide contact details. Enjoy daily visits at the cottage from the zebras, kudu, wildebeest, warthogs and impalas, as well as the ostriches and a variety of beautiful birds. Enjoy a braai under the stars while watching the bushbabies bounce about, listen out for the hippos in the river, the roar of the lions and the whoop of the hyena.
There are grocery stores, restaurants and a petrol station 2 km from the house, for guests convenience.
A refundable breakage & rubbish removal deposit equivalent to 1 night's rental, R1200 applies per booking, and is payable with the balance. The amount will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, should there be no damages (R1000) and you have removed your rubbish(R200).
