Welcome to Calamari 9,
Calamari 9 is a modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex unit less than 30m from the beach in Ramsgate North.
The unit is pet friendly by arrangement.
Both bedrooms are fitted with queen beds and are on the first floor. The main bedroom has an en en-suite bathroom and a bath. The second bathroom has a shower and basin, as well as a washing machine, and then there is a separate toilet.
The lounge has a TV with full DSTV- Explora, (no need to bring with or hire decoder) with 2 single beds off the lounge. There is also unlimited WiFi available for your use.
The unit is fitted with an air conditioner in the main bedroom and lounge, which works off a pay as you go system, which the guest must recharge as and when necessary. The second bedroom is fitted with a ceiling fan.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, stove, fridge and microwave.
There is a built in braai and patio table and chairs for your use. Beautiful sea views from all rooms and lounge and right on the beach.
The unit is fitted with an alarm and has a garage plus an extra parking for a second vehicle.
Bath towels and linen is provided, just bring with your own swimming towels.

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000.00 is payable before arrival, which will be refunded within 7 working days of your departure, provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order.

The views and activities
Fantastic complex and only 7 units. Lovely sea view. Safe and secure.
Close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Shopping Malls. The Casino is about 35 km from Sea-spray.
Highly recommended.

There is so much to see and do in Margate
Margate is a small little town with a variety of day and night life. Everything one needs is in walking distance wherever you are in Margate.
Beach , nearby stores and restaurants.
