The Surabaya complex is situated just south of the hustle and bustle of the popular coastal resort town of Margate. The complex is approximately 1km south of the Margate Main Swimming Beach and is a short walk away from the fishing pier.
2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Unit. 1 Double bed & 2 Single Beds. Sleeps 4 people. Fully equipped kitchen. Distant Sea View. No DSTV (Bring Own). No Air-Conditioning. Ceiling in Lounge & Main Bed. Communal Braai Facilities. There is a swimming pool in the complex. Shopping complexes, restaurants and local tourist attractions are either within walking or a short driving distance from the complex. Each unit is individually owned by private persons, and furnished according to their taste.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES - Not included in the quote to be paid to host directly with the balance.
R500 - Admin, Sanitation before and after, Departure Cleaning & Linen Fee.
R500 - A Refundable Breakage Deposit. The breakage deposit is refundable within 30 working days of departure, either in full or less any deductions for any bank charges, call-out fees, shortages/damage or breakages.

Fantastic complex and only 7 units. Lovely sea view. Safe and secure.
Close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Shopping Malls. The Casino is about 35 km from Sea-spray.
Highly recommended.
