Welcome to Linden Terrace 4,
Linden Terrace 4 is a beautifully furnished, secure 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with 180 degree uninterrupted views of the sea just 80 metres away. It is situated on the 4th floor of this well maintained terraced building, but its entrance from the parking area at the back is at ground level.
This unit is pet friendly with permission, ( small dogs by prior arrangement ) as well as wheel chair friendly.
There is a double bed in the main bedroom which is fitted with an en-suite bathroom and 2 single beds in each of the other 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom is fitted with a ceiling fan and one of the other bedrooms has a portable fan.
The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, basin and toilet and the second bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet.
The lounge and all 3 bedrooms have large glass and aluminium sliding doors leading out onto a spacious tiled patio, partially under cover, on the sea facing side. The open plan modern kitchen, dining room and lounge all have beautiful sea views. There is a lockup garage and additional secure parking within a walled and gated courtyard.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and under counter oven with glass top and hob, as well as a nook with seating for 3.
The lounge includes seating for 6 and a flat screen TV plus a separate Hi Fi system and is fitted with a ceiling fan. There is a PVR DSTV decoder and smart card provided which can be hired from the owner, or else please bring your own decoder and smart card. There is also a small desk for you to use.
The patio furniture includes a table, patio chairs for 6, loungers and a Weber braai. There is also a built in safe for your valuables.
Bed linen is provided, just bring your own towels.
Right on the beach and shops and restaurants are just a short walk away.

Everything about the place I absolutely loved and enjoyed.
Ramsgate has the most beautiful beaches and we love the Blue Lagoon restaurant and Waffle House little complex. The people are friendly even at the local Spar.
Everything was close and convenient in Ramsgate.
Wish we had more time here. It is beautiful and not too rushed (at least out of season).
Beaver Creek coffee plantation, Wagon Saloon and the Waffle House are definite must visits.
