Southgate 3 is a furnished duplex self-catering apartment located in the secure Southgate complex close to the beach in Uvongo, and near to various shops and amenities.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children and comprises 3 bedrooms on the first floor, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The first and second bedrooms each contain a double bed. The third bedroom contains a double bed and 2 single beds.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge contains flat-screen TV and opens to a balcony. with braai facility
The Southgate complex offers a communal swimming pool. A lock-up garage is available on-site.
The family unit and not a party unit
Please ensure that the full balance outstanding is reflected in our bank account prior to arrival. Please note that there is an R550 - R850 admin fee and an R600 - R2000 refundable breakage deposit as well. No keys can be released without a full and final settlement.

Fantastic complex and only 7 units. Lovely sea view. Safe and secure.
Close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Shopping Malls. The Casino is about 35 km from Sea-spray.
Highly recommended.
