Cascades 74 is a lovely modern self-catering apartment in the secure Cascades complex overlooking Umdloti Beach.
This apartment sleeps four and comprises two bedrooms, one bathroom and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom has a double bed and sliding doors lead to a balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The lounge area has a flat-screen TV with a variety of DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi is available. The living area leads to a balcony with outdoor furniture.
The Cascades complex offers a communal pool and braai area. Secure parking is available.
There is also a breakage and disturbance deposit of R1500 per booking which is refundable after your stay as well as a community levy of R10 per night.

Umdloti has very conveniently located magnificent stretches of pristine golden beaches with shark nets, clear water, large safe tidal pool, delightful paved walks beside the sea and outstanding restaurants like Mundo Vida with sea views. Simple open air changing rooms like those seen on European beaches would be an improvement.
