Owned by Justin & Natalia Pearson, The Three offers exceptional service, from the first email to collection at the airport and looking after you during your Cape Town holiday or business trip at The Three Boutique Hotel. Steeped in hospitality from years of working on cruise ships, Justin and Natalia have gathered a remarkable team at The Three.The Three Boutique Hotel can accommodate a maximum of 36 people. There are 18 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, king size beds (twins on request), 100% fine cotton linens and towels. Modern bathrooms with walk-in shower, some with a bath as well. Complimentary breakfast is served in the dining room and lounge and light meals are available upon request. Our licensed bar is stocked at all times, with guests able to serve themselves after hours on an honesty basis. The roof deck provides panoramic views of the three iconic mountains in Cape Town, Table Mountain, Lions Head and Devils Peak. Beautiful city views can also be seen. Our central courtyard with pergola has a 7-meter designer swimming pool for guests to enjoy. There is also a private courtyard at the back. Secure, gated, off-street parking can accommodate up to 12 cars. Each guest receives a remote to operate the gate.
In Room Facilities:All rooms have a flat-screen TV with DSTV/satellite TV, a Nespresso machine and tea/coffee making facilities. Silent minibar, a laptop safe and bathrobes. Hairdryers are available in all bathrooms. Euro/Universal power outlets. A desk and direct dial telephone. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a fan for those warm summer afternoons, with heating for the colder evenings. Free Wi-Fi throughout.
Area Information:The green, leafy suburb of Oranjezicht is quiet & secure, safe to walk alone. Centrally located on the slopes of Table Mountain in City Bowl, our rooftop garden provides stunning views of the three iconic mountains in Cape Town, Table Mountain, Lions Head and Devils Peak. Oranjezicht provides the ideal base from which to explore the Mother City, with a short 3 minutes walk to Gardens Shopping Centre. A brief 15 minutes walk takes you to the trendy Long & Kloof Streets. The V&A Waterfront, Camps Bay and Cape Town International Convention Center (CTICC) are just 10 minutes drive away. 18 minutes drive to the Cape Town airport.
Property Facilities:We offer an airport shuttle for a fee. Our concierge service will be able to assist with private and group tours. All our staff are friendly and helpful, ready to assist at any time as we are staffed 24/7. No Pets allowed. Laundry service available on request.
Attractions:The Three Boutique Hotel is a historic, graded and listed building built in 1740, renovated to a high standard and in accordance with the heritage dept. in 2010. It is the former home of Commander of Dutch Forces Robert J Gordon 1788, as well as the former home of George Rex, the illegitimate son of King George III 1800.
