Welcome to Granada 104!
This beautiful, fully equipped unit has a big balcony with stunning sea, beach and river views. The balcony has a private built in wood braai and a 6-seater patio set.
The apartment consists of an open plan lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, a TV and an en-suite bathroom, and the second bedroom has 2 single beds and a TV. There is also a full bathroom with an oval bath, shower, toilet, basin and washing machine. There is an iron board and iron, and you can hang clothes on exclusive washing line.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and deep freeze. There are 2x2 sleeper couches in the lounge area with a TV and a 6-seater dining table. Two aircons, 1 prepaid. Dstv Explora and 2 secured parking bays are available. FREE UNCAPPED OFF PEAK WIFI.
80 metres from the beautiful main beach (Wimpy) and in the smorgasbord of restaurants, bars, etc.
- Please bring your own towels. (Towels can be arranged at an extra cost of R50 each).
- No smoking in unit! There is a big balcony for smokers.
- NO Students allowed!
- Late checkouts will result in an extra charge of R250 per hour.
- There is also a REFUNDABLE breakage deposit of R1000 that gets paid directly to Granada 104 before arrival.
