A 30% non-refundable secure deposit is required to secure the booking within 48 hours of making the booking.
The full balance payment must be paid no less than 30 days before the guest arrives.
A 30% refundable damage deposit is also required no less than 30 days before the guest arrives.
The 30% refundable damage deposit will be paid back to the guest after departure and there is no damages.
All payments to be made via bank transfer/ EFT, prior to guests arrival.
