Was lovely!
I had a wonderful overnight stay at Coniston Guesthouse. The room was very clean, bed comfortable and Petter the host was very friendly and accommodating.
Pieter was an amazing host, showed us round the historical house with all the stories that went with it and he is doing a great job bringing the guest house back to life. The meal we had at the Platteland Restaurant down the road was exceptional and within walking distance.
We'll be back for sure

Colesberg Reviews
Colesberg the town has really gone down, rubbish everywhere, dirty and dusty. However as we stayed in the wonderful lodge outside of the town, we will overnight again in the area, as it is in the middle of Johannesburg and Cape Town.
Friendly people and just the right distance from Gauteng to take a break.
Spectacular view of animals and the mountains.
The roads are in great condition, we did not go into the town.
Just travelling through ....
The scenery.

The local pub....Horses and Mill.
Game drive and scenery!
Views!
Tzamenkomst.
