Hearnshaw Cottage is a very popular home in Greyton. With new owners this recently renovated weekend home is the ideal place to spend your weekend or holidays. This is a great summer and winter getaway with a pool for the summer and a lovely wood fire for the winter. This house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, outside entertainment and braai area, covered stoep, swimming pool and a large garden for the kids to amble in. Parking is located on the side of the property. The cottage is located close to the CBD with an easy walk to restaurants, Saturday market, shops and hiking trails.
Hearnshaw Cottage Facilities and Amenities
The house has recently been upgraded and has a contemporary, comfortable and fresh feel with white floor tiles and grey walls. The kitchen is equipped for all of your needs with fridge freezer, oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, dish washer, tumble dryer, crockery, cutlery etc. There is also a washing machine and gas BBQ grill. The lounge and dining room are open plan, with comfortable sofas surrounding an open wood burning fire place, large flat screen wall mounted TV with full DSTV and a dining room table and chairs. The pool is located at the back of the property and from there you have access to a large garden with superb mountain views! Please note that the pool is unfenced but a safety net is provided. Full security alarm system and armed response. Tea, coffee and linen and towels are provided.
