Ponta Luxury Campsites are located just South of the village of Ponta Do Ouro. This small intimate campground is set on a small hill boasting stunning inland views and sunsets.
Each of the nine sites features a private ablution with hot water, plug point. lush grass and stunning bush views. The campsite is owner managed to provide guests with a personal touch and ensuring that you receive only the best experience.
Ponta Luxury campground is close enough to Ponta to enjoy what it has to offer while remaining nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle.
Ponta Luxury Campsites is perfect for family gatherings and getaways. Communal Boma can be used for celebrations and some catering equipment can be provided.
FACILITIES/SERVICES:
Private ablutions with hot water, built in braais, Electricity, plug points, Campsites and ablutions serviced daily, Full time cleaning staff available R120,00 per day (Must be arranged with management Communal BOMA and Braai area, Communal wash up area with hot water
ADDITIONAL FEE
A Fee of R50 per day will be charge per air-conditioner unit (this is additional charge and not included in the standard rate .) It is payable in full on arrival.

Reviews
Loved the place and ablutions. However, the electricity supply is a big problem when it rains. Perhaps an upgrade of the existing facility is in order. Leanne and her husband are eager to assist in any way they can which I found a big plus!

Nice food and vibe
Very run down, hard to find decent food.
But the beaches are amazing, most resorts have taken a toll, but the vibe makes up for it 100 times over..

Worst experience of my life. We were told that our Vw tiguan Rline with 20 inch rims wouldnt have a problem getting to her place. There were 2 ways to get there. We got stuck in the sand on the 1st attempt, thank God for the helpful locals. Erna Smith didnt even answer her phone when we told we were stuck. We pleaded with her to atleast refund us 50% of the the total amount she requested upfront and paid in full 3 weeks earlier as she insisted. But she eventually rocked up at Melting pot restaurant where we told we were waiting. We eventually got a hold of her and said she will meet us melting pot. She arrived fuming and asked her to follow to another way in. We again got stuck and she even tried driving my vehicle out but failed. Again the locals came to the rescue. We pleaded with her to refund us atleast 50% so we could book a place that we could atleast drive to. But she said she is broke and will give us the 50% in 2 months time, which we knew was a lie. We asked her to follow us to the police station to get this sorted out. She said she had friends in the police station and she didnt care and we must follow her to the police. But she chickened out and left us to go find another place. We were left stranded with 3 kids in a car for hours at each point. She was rude and really inhumane. Thankful for Tri M wild waves who watched everything and made us and kids very comfortable. Won't want to visit again due to this ill treatment .
The beach is awesome. The people are so friendly.
