This elite multi-level villa can accommodate up to 8 discerning guests and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms and open-plan living and entertaining areas. Three of the bedrooms each contain a king-size bed, and two of the bedrooms each contain twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed; each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a basin, and a toilet.
The open-plan fully equipped kitchen contains all the modern appliances to prepare and cook meals. The adjacent spacious open-plan living area boasts a 2-metre gas fireplace, sofas to relax on and a dining area with seating. Double-glazed doors lead to the entertainment area, which offers a built-in braai area, sun loungers, a Jacuzzi and a heated swimming pool that overlooks the estate and town.
