Welcome to 1 Mountain Rd Boutique B & B,
1 Mountain Rd is a newly built unique boutique style B&B overlooking the village and offering 4 spacious and well appointed rooms each with panoramic views over Fish Hoek beach, and False Bay as far as the Hottentots Hollands mountains.
Wake up each morning to spectacular sunrises whilst lying in bed, or whilst enjoying coffee and rusks from your own patio, before heading off to enjoy all the attractions that the Cape Town and the Cape Peninsula have to offer.
BREAKAGES/DAMAGE
Breakages, lost keys, etc will be charged for.
PARKING & TRANSPORT
Due to our location on the mountain side, it is essential for guests to have their own transport. There is adequate free off/semi on road parking. Guests are requested not to park in front of the owners’ garage.
ROOM ACCESS
Access to the rooms requires guests to be able to cope with about 25 steps with their luggage. Because of this, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate physically handicapped guests.
SMOKING AND PETS
We are a non-smoking establishment, and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building or on balconies.
No pets of any description are permitted.
PARTIES AND NOISE
No parties are permitted in the rooms, and guests are expected to respect quiet time between 22h00 and 07h00.
CHILDREN
We regret that we do not accept children under the age of 12.

The most beautiful views ever from the balcony. Amazing hosts! We will definitely be back.. Sunrise and sunset is beautiful from the balcony whilst enjoying a nice glass of bubbly !
This is an excellent place to stay if you want a breakaway from city life. The view is amazing looking over the bay from the top.
