Kangela Estate is situated just North of the Malongane point, a half hour (16 km) sand road drive by 4X4 from the Kosi Bay border. The estate shares the entrance with Tartaruga Maritima which has 8 en-suite tents in the forest just behind the primary dunes.

All houses at Kangela Estate have their own parking and are situated close to the beautiful uninterrupted Ponta Malongane beach.

Accommodation/Rooms

On a small and fairly exclusive estate, House 11 sleeps 13 guests comfortably.

Bedrooms:

Upstairs:
Sitting Room (TV with DStv), large open plan kitchen with gas stove, ample fridge and freezer space, coffee plunger, blender, microwave, and a reverse osmosis water filter.

Outdoor area:
Deck with a magnificent view and lovey outdoor furniture and loungers. Built-in charcoal braai, gas braai, and Weber is available. Gas will be provided.

Lower deck: Large private pool in front of the house. Firepit with log seats.

All bedding and towels are provided.
All cleaning materials and toilet paper are provided.

There is undercover parking for 3 cars and shaded parking for 2 additional vehicles. There is also a generator available and fuel will be provided.

1. The general accepted payment terms are as follows: 50% deposit payable directly to [removed] to
secure a booking, of which 30% of the invoice total is non refundable.
2. Proof of payment MUST be emailed to [removed] Failure to do so will result in the booking
being cancelled without prior notice within 48 hours.
3. This ProForma invoice is valid for 24hrs and the rate can change without prior notice.
4. The remainder 50% must be paid 30 days before arrival. Should the proof of payment
for the remaining 50% not be received via email to [removed] 30 days before
arrival date the booking will be cancelled. December and early January bookings must be paid in full
by end of November.
5. Cancellations made 60 days before arrival date are not liable to pay the remainder 50%.
6. Cancellations made within 1 month before arrival date a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
7. Note: some establishments will require a refundable “breakage” deposit.
8. All Bank Charges (Cash Deposits, Credit cards and foreign payments) will be for the guests own account.
If GoBundu needs to do a foreign payment additional Bank Charges will reflect on your invoice above.
9. No bank charges are refundable.
10. If a credit card refund is required there is a R150 service fee charged.

If during the course of the holiday you have any reason for complaint or dissatisfaction you should contact
the establishment manager or activity supplier in order that remedial action may be taken.
