Welcome to Primrose Overnight Accommodation,
The UNITS are located under the owner's house and offer a private entrance. The three units cater for short, medium and long term stays at very affordable prices.
Accommodation is of a high standard and you will find everything you need for a comfortable and affordable stay. We regret no children under the age of five (5).
Contractor bookings (3 days and longer) : cleaning fee of R150

By booking with us you agree to present the owner with a copy of your Identity Document or Driver’s license to verify identity and to keep for our records. The property owner is POPIA Compliant
NB: If you want to party and enjoy excessive alcoholic beverages, our establishment unfortunately can't accommodate you. We are located in a quiet neighbourhood and the tranquil environment must be respected. We therefore show respect to the house, neighbours as well as to fellow guests.

UNFORTUNATELY:
* No Visitors allowed. Units are for paid customers only.
* We regret no children under the age of 5
* No braai area available
* We are not pet friendly, sorry
* No heaters are available due to the high electricity costs. You may not bring your own to use. We keep our daily rates low and heaters equals higher daily rates.
* There is a SMART TV with NetFlix and Showmax (with sports channels), Youtube. DSTV Easyview package available.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
* No show or cancellation within 14 days of stay - No refund due
* Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before stay - 50% of the deposit will be refunded
* Cancellation 30+ days before stay - 100% of the deposit will be refunded
* No postponement of the booking 14 days before arrival, will be accepted. Booking will be considered as cancelled and the cancellation policy will apply
* 10% Administration fee payable
* COVID RELATED CANCELLATIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IN CASE OF A HARD LOCKDOWN. If you cancel due to your own personal reasons the cancellation policy will apply

* COVID-19: You agree that not you or anyone on your behalf will make a claim against the Host(s) relating to Covid-19. You further declare that you and your party don't have any Covid related symptoms
* LOSSES, INJURY ETC: You agree to indemnify us from any losses, damages, injury, etc. Whilst every endeavour has been made in regard to you and your family's safety, we cannot be held liable for any losses, damages, injury, etc. suffered by guests on the property. We had to find somewhere to stay for 1 night after our accommodation that we had, was cancelled.
Found this GEM on Lekker Slaap. Had a response from Esme within 5 min. We were flying back to PMB just after 9 the next day. So it was not even 5min drive from the airport. The rooms were spacious, clean and very well furnished. The country feel was amazing and affordable. Ill keep it on my list of where to stay.
The place is clean and very neat, the owners are very welcoming and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back there, it's also very secure.
The friendliness, the vibe they had going this time of the year, the beautiful scenery and the guest houses are amazing.
