Located within the NKWAZI RIDGE SECURITY ESTATE, this beautiful home offers the ideal peaceful holiday for a smaller family. The pristine home has beautiful bay and panoramic views and is ideal for indoor and outdoor living. The entire front floor opens onto an L-shaped veranda with shaded areas and furnishing. The breeze which permeates the home makes it cool and fresh. The house is fronted by a large private lawn ideal for the kids to kick a ball or even for a volley ball net. The house offers DSTV, a mini Hi-Fi, a large gas braai and there is an AC in the TV lounge. The house is not serviced, you can rent a maid from the local rental agency as required. The Estates also offers an Olympic size swimming pool, tennis courts and club house to which guest have access. The Estate is safe to cycle, jog and stroll for those who “absolutely have to” exercise whist on holiday. Although the house has security beams the Estate has 24 hour guarded access control and patrolling at night, and there is an electric fence around its perimeter. There is one lock up garage and enough open secure parking. Inside the home you will find the following:
Downstairs: A spacious open plan living area with lounge, TV lounge, kitchen, scullery and guest loo. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, glass hob, microwave and all cutlery and crockery is provided. In the scullery there is a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs: 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. The main bedroom is on-suite with a queen size bed and a full bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and basins. Bedroom 2 with a double bed and bedroom 3 with 2 single beds share a bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet. All bedrooms open onto a balcony and have sea views. All bedrooms have built-in cupboards, hangers and all linen and bath and beach towels are supplied.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off. Departure cleaning fee. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2000, refundable if there are no breakages.
PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement: 2 Dec 21 to 16 Jan 22.
Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 14 nights.
Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 10 nights, these 10 nights may not end later that the 27th or 28th of Dec 2021.
Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec 2021.
Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 – 7 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
