Check in :
Routine check in time is from 4 - 9 pm
Late arrivals or early arrivals can be accommodated but have to be pre arranged.
We do not accept arrivals after 9 pm
If you have not paid ahead of time, and you have not arrived by 7pm and you have not made prior arrangements and are not contactable by cell phone your booking can be cancelled and your room booked on should a request for your room arise.

Check out:
Check out time is 10am out of season and 9am in season (Dec 15 - 9 Jan)
Later check out times are allowed by arrangement but may incur an additional cost depending on the time vacated.

Extra Guests:
Extra guests in the rooms that are not part of the original booking will incur a R200 extra person fee for room only and an extra R50 fee if they have breakfast
The facilities are for paying guests only - we do however allow you to have visitors - our only request is that should you wish to have guests come visit, please make arrangement with the owners first.

Saturdays:
This is our only day off and no staff work - there are no breakfasts and no servicing of the rooms. Guests are welcome to book in but only on a self catering basis. The Wimpy and other tea shops are 2 blocks away for breakfast. We are on the premises in the event of emergencies.

Breakfast:
Served from 6-30 - 9am. Early departures will be refunded breakfast monies if paid and if notice is given the day before. Monies paid for breakfast falling on a Saturday when there are no services will also be refunded if paid for. Please advise us ahead of time if you have dietary restrictions or requirements

Self catering:
Please be advised that if you request a reduced rate for self catering you cannot expect us to wash piles of dishes and clean up a messy kitchen - thus for this option you will responsible to wash your own dishes and keep your kitchen in a general state of cleanliness.
