Perla is a luxury five star accommodation in the heart of town. The apartments are modern and comfortable with attention to detail. The design is an open-plan modern kitchen with a lounge and dining area that opens onto a verandah and private garden. Each apartment has two luxury en-suite bedrooms. A large communal outdoor pool is the perfect spot to relax.
In Room Facilities:The apartments are fitted with modern luxury furniture of high standard, very comfortable beds with luxury linen. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the bathroom a shower, bath, basin and toilet. The guest bedroom has a double size bed and the bathroom a shower, basin and toilet.
Area Information:Watch the beautiful sea and mountain views from the Old Harbour. Swim in the Marine tidal pool. Sunbathe and swim at the blue flag beaches. Hiking between the lovely fynbos in the Fernkloof Nature Reserve. Enjoy the many top cuisine restaurants. Shop in the top boutique shops and Woolworths is a 2minute walk from Perla.
Property Facilities:Each cottage has two private and secure parking bays. Security is state of the art with and independent alarm system and external infra-red beams for each cottage.
Attractions:The Old Harbour, Marine tidal pool, Cliff path, restaurants and shops are next to Perla. All within walking distance.
