Just 300km’s from Johannesburg nestled in the foothills of the Maluti Mountain Range, you will find this true Gem. A mere 5 minutes from the center of town, we offer all your home comforts. A beautiful fireplace adds to the ambience for those frosty winter nights or an inviting patio for those warm and delightful summer days. It’s an experience not to be missed!
Accommodation
This beautiful self catering unit consists of a fully equipped kitchen, lounge with DSTV and fireplace, a dining area.
3 Bedrooms
The main bedroom is en-suite with a queen size bed
The second bedroom has a queen bed
The third bedroom has 2 single beds
The second and third bedroom share a bathroom.
Facilities
A spacious open plan tiled lounge and dining room area, opens through patio doors onto a covered patio private entertainment area overlooking lovely views of the mountains and scenery for which Clarens is famous.
A BBQ grill and patio furniture for enjoying the out-doors, complete the picture. There is also DSTV & WIFI.
A single lockup garage is attached to the house. There is parking on site for a second vehicle.
The Kitchen
A well equipped kitchen is also part of the open plan living area. It has a 4 plate hob and under counter oven, fridge / freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils, ample cutlery, crockery, glasses. Tea, Rooibos, Coffee, creamer, and sugar are also provided. There is also a suitcase gas stove.
Location
We are close enough to town to enjoy all it has to offer and far away enough to enjoy peace and tranquility.

Variety
Main roads to town are recommended for daylight use only. Small town atmosphere but with a wide variety of activities and stores. The annual Titanic Challenge Trail Run was my main attraction - stunning views!
Everything....food, quality of shops...felt safe...clean...friendly people....
Love all the shops and restaurants there is. Surrounded by mountains. Perfect breakaway for winter or summer.

Tranquil, beautiful little gem in the Free State
Village atmosphere & the beautiful mountains
Small, quaint, but very lively little town with spectacular views all around. Hiking is a must and can be done on the edge of town. We stayed at Views and the hiking trail was on our back door. Beautiful, beautiful little town offering great food, culture, entertainment and beautiful hiking trails.
