We do not expect you to collect the keys at a pick up point, and then to drive up and down in search of the apartment, and then when you finally get to the apartment you do not not know where to park and how the keys and remotes work.
We have our own housekeeping team that will make sure everything is in good order before you arrive and to make sure your stay is hassle free and then to clean the apartment again when you have vacated.
