Laguna La Crete Unit E is a self-catering flat located in a secure complex, situated in Uvongo.
Ideal for guests looking for comfortable lodging, close to the beach and an array of attractions within the South Coast.
This ground floor apartment comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan living area. The bedrooms have ceiling fans and are equipped with either 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds. The bathrooms are equipped with a bath and or shower, basin and toilet. The kitchen in the flat is well-equipped and contains an oven with a stove, a microwave, a fridge with freezer, dishwasher and ample built-in cupboards.
The lounge has comfortable seating and a TV and DStv. The lounge and main bedroom both have air-conditioning as well as sliding doors that open onto a covered patio, which has a gas braai facility for guests to use, and where one can admire the beach and sea views.
The complex also offers a communal swimming pool, and there is secure parking available for 2 vehicles (1 undercover and 1 open parking) on the premises. Laguna La Crete Unit E is within walking distance of the beach, and a drive from various shops, restaurants and other facilities.
Please note that the following Extras are compulsory, and not included in this quotation, and will be due and payable on acceptance of a booking, directly to us, prior to arrival.
R500 - Admin, Sanitation before and after, Departure Cleaning & Linen Fee.
R1000 - A Refundable Breakage Deposit. The breakage deposit is refundable within 30 working days of departure, either in full or less any deductions for any bank charges, call-out fees, shortages/damage or breakages.
