There are 2 swimming pools available for you to chose. We have plenty of off street parking- some under cover. There is a small lounge/reading room which is private enough for business interviews
Drinks are served on either or our 2 verandas or in our guests rooms.Valet and laundry service on request.

Area Information:
Glenwood is a quiet leafy residential area with a good community spirit. We have several excellent restaurants and bars which are within walking distance. There is a small park very close by which has a running tract and an outdoor excersise equipment area and the area is very popular for walking and cycling enthusiasts who need their daily shot of exercise

In Room Facilities:
All 12 bedrooms are air conditioned and en suite. A selection of toiletries is provided. Tea and coffee making facilites are in all bedrooms together with chocolates and biscuits. There is a hair drier in each room. Your own personal safe. Although we do not have a bar we are fully licensed with the liquor board and are happy to serve our guest drinks in either their rooms or on our 2 verandas

Attractions:
From Roseland House it is very easy to access all the major arterial roads and we are within 10 minutes of any of the major sporting arenas and stadia- rugby, cricket, swimming etc as well as several golf clubs

We are 10 minutes away fro Ushaka Marine and the harbour and port

We are right next door to St Augustines hospital, a stones throw from Entabeni Hospital and the closest suburb to Albert Luthuli Hospital

The University is 5 minute drive away as is the International Convention Centre
