Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and in the public areas. Here we cater specifically for non-smokers and likewise attract tenants who are averse to tobacco. In this way, we protect other residents and neighbors. We ensure that our furnishings are not permeated by tobacco and food odours and that the kitchen remains grease-free. No pets are allowed. No housekeeping or cleaning is provided unless requested at a cost.

There is a private outdoor entrance and guests enter their apartment from the garden. The cottage has a distinctive character with sophisticated finishes and consists of a great room divided into bedroom, kitchen, dining, laptop-friendly workstation and living areas and has a private designer bathroom en-suite. There is an abundance of storage. The star of the show is the King Size Extended Length super popular gentle firm mattress with luxury polycotton bed linen. The apartment is stocked with fresh towels, bed linen, extra pillows, duvet and blankets at check-in.
Unique characteristics between the studios. The quirky and contemporary ”The Potters Loft” has an entrance via a Victorian spiral staircase. The stairs are very safe and easy to climb for young and old alike. The Loft is the upstairs portion of the house and is for your sole use - super private. The bathroom has a bath & shower. The beauty of ”The Woodsman” is that the dining area leads out through sliding doors onto the most delightful outdoor living area. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, no bathtub.
The eat-in kitchens are more than adequate for the two people that it is designed for and the cooking appliances and utensils are likewise provided with this in mind. It is comprehensively kitted out for self-catering, allowing for comfortably cooking from scratch for two people. Just bring along your food and things like cooking oil, milk, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages etc.. You can cook from scratch, or just microwave a ready meal from Woolies or Checkers who are adjacent to the Estate.
Free private, safe and secure parking is provided. There is a peaceful outdoor living area second to none, with wooden deck, gazebo and fishpond. This outdoor area oozes charm, character and snug privacy. There is also a braai/barbecue in the garden, which you are welcome to use.
