Paardevlei Estate is a tranquil landscape spanning from sea to mountains. Far enough to feel like you are in the great outdoors yet close enough to be centrally located to all of the major amenities that the city has to offer. 20 minutes away from Cape Town International Airport, Stellenbosch – the exceptional world-renowned Winelands region.

Area Information:Our apartments are situated on this safe Paardevlei Estate. The Cheetah, Sanctuary is a few meters away so it is nice to go and visit the Cheetahs. Both kids and adults enjoy watching the Cheetas.
Property Facilities:In Paardevlei Estate, the beautiful vlei is full of flamingos and there is a lovely walking trail all around it. Somerset and Sanctuary Shopping Malls are across the way and within minutes of Paardevlei. Cape Town City Centre is only 44km away.
Attractions:There are 2 coffee shops in Paardevlei with delicious meals and amazing coffee. Restaurants are accessible at the Somerset Mall and Sanctuary. The Estate offers a stunning beauty spar called Nuudos for relaxing and it is a few meters away from our apartments You will love staying in our self-catering apartments.

Beautiful walks, everything so easily accessible.
Love it there , so so beautiful, mountains & sea
Restaurants, parks and shops are outstanding.
How close it is to the wine farms, farmers markets, how close is to the ocean - really it is in the middle of all outstanding experiences that will give you an opportunity to create great memories.
