Welcome to 31 Compensation.
The house offers 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests at a time. The main bedroom has a double-size bed and a single bed a bathroom fitted with a bath and stand in shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom has two single-size beds and the third bedroom is equipped with double-size bed and a single bed. The second bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and basin. There are ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms. Two bedrooms down stairs both with two single-size beds. Another bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Bar area and garden.
PLEASE NOTE: No Matric rage bookings allowed.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. The lounge has comfortable couches as well as a TV with full DStv, and a dining area where guests can enjoy their meals together.
Secure parking and braai area. Beautiful sea view. NO POOL
