Blue Lagoon Self-catering House is a beautiful self-catering house ideally located in the Blue Lagoon security estate in Langebaan, within walking distance from the beach.
The house can accommodate up to 8 guests, and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. There is a sleeper couch in the living room. The first bedroom contains a double bed and contains a large shower en suite with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a Washburn. This room has sliding doors opening to the patio area. The second and third bedroom each contains a double bed. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with bath and shower, toilet and a Washburn.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven, microwave, coffee machine and cutlery and crockery. There is a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area contains an 8-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge area contains a flat-screen TV. The living area has sliding doors opening to a covered patio with outdoor dining furniture and build-in braai facilities.

An amazing family or group holiday estate with a fair amount of permanent residents that keep the estate ultra safe. It was rates the safest estate in the whole of Langebaan so kids roam free on bikes and has its own private nature reserve only 3 to 5 minutes walk to the beach. Close to Mykonos and Lagoona Mall. Blue lagoon is Central Langebaan with more big section of nature reserves up in the hills behind it that are home to rare bird species like the Black Eagle that nest in the rocky quarries and live of dassies and other insect and small rodent quarry.
Blue Lagoon is a lovely up market seaside estate, central to Langebaan or what’s known as MID TOWN. It has its own private life of nature reserve that divides it from Calypso Beach which is another narrow luxury housing estate with a long stretch of beach spanning from Mykonos to The Cove. We have an amazing little beach nook out in front of Blue Lagoon that is fairly wind protected and a special little parking lot with a boardwalk down to the beach 🏖 on the warm Langebaan estuary. Blue Lagoon was statistically rated the safest estate in Langebaan thanks to it being access controlled with fences and peripheral cameras all around its borders. The nature reserve has a run/walk track on it for owners and tenants to enjoy and is especially lovely in winter as it’s a sea of green and full of flowers in FLOWER SEASON (August) 🌸.
