9 on the beach is an ultra modern villa that benefits from the best views in the stunning St Helena Bay and located is the most sought after Shelley Point Golf Estate. Guests can enjoy complete privacy in this stunning beach villa-style holiday home with a large heated pool, and direct access to the beach through your private Boardwalk. The villa is directly in front of the beautiful beach.

The villa consists of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a king size bed, while one bedroom has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. One additional child can also sleep on a deployable mattress which converts into 2 single beds that can be put next to one another.

You will often see dolphins in the morning all year round, while seals and whales also regularly visit and play in the bay.

PLEASE NOTE:

- No Smoking
- No parties or events
- Pets are allowed prior arrangement, however not allowed in bedrooms or on the sofa

ADDITIONAL RULES:

Pets are allowed but prior permission must be obtained before the booking is finalized and they are not allowed in the bedrooms nor can they sit or sleep on the sofa at any time.

Please observe quiet times from 10pm onwards. The house is restricted to a maximum of 9 guests - children included.
